Apologies Deb, Jayne, Gay

Hostess- Leonie looking  incredible and very elegant in her red wedding dress, no mean feat to still fit into it.
Suzie also looked the part in her beautiful blue number with her red crystals. I managed to find my wedding jacket at the last minute which made me feel the part, although I did have a few hair issues later in the evening. Jill had her new shoes ( that Leonie and i both want on and a lovely black beaded number.Jules went for a more hippie goddess look, and Susan arrived looking glam with her furry number.I must say it was abit of fun dressing up, something that all of us should do  on a more regular occassion.
Jill may even have a few photos to share at some point.

Leonie made her amazing Roulade, this time with raspberries, absolutely delicious a real hit, we need the recipe for our book, !!!!
Thanks Leonie.

BOOK REVIEW.       The Lady of Hay

Those that had read the book gave a very in depth description of the plot and overall rated it quite highly, an interesting read.
Susan has written a really good review too!!!!!
Susan's Pick for January so I will see if Ican get the title off her before our Christmas Meeting so you can all get a head start, lets make next year the year of READING!!!!

GENERAL BUSINESS:

For those of you who don't know, Leonie, Susie and myself along with 3 others participated in the Hanover Ride ( 35 klms) for The Homeless recently , it is a massive fundraising event , Leonie has suggested that as it is an annual event we will be supporting ( we are going for the big one next year 75klms)taht it would be a great charity for our club to support at the end of the year, just a suggestion and I would appreciate feedback please. Remember Susie's company will match what we raise.
After our collection last meeting we currently have $83 so if we can round it out at our next meeting we will hopefully have $200 to donate.
