Well girls for those of that did not attend boy did you miss a good one!! Poor Sara(Shelles neighbour) was well and truly inducted to a night of ribald chatter and laughs. Susie was on fire with her descriptions of the people she met while out on a singles night, she had us in hysterics. We cosied around an open fire drinking red wine and eating( dare I say my yummy Spinach and Ricotta rolls ). Jill even dropped the F and C bomb due to being upset by the constant reference to Fanta Pants!!!!
Spooky......... Sara informed us that she hails from the same village as Joanne Lees who was the main character in the book Bloodstain, a place called Almonbury, she even looks like her, photographic evidence was taken on the night for our records. Coincidence that she just happened to come to this meeting ???????
you can imagine what ensued, lots of facial expressions and laughs.
All in all a great night, can't wait for the next one.

Merryn read through a review from the internet and everyone around the table gave their opinion.
The general consensus was that it made you think that Bradley Murdoch has been set up and that the evidence was not strong enough to convict him. Julia felt frustrated that the book did not leave you feeling like there were any answers. An excellent book and a different read to what most of us would generally pick. Good job Merryn!
